Have used this mould a few times now and Canéles have turned out not too bad.After the 2nd use, I noticed both times that the side of the mold facing inside the Canéles did not have the crusty dark crust.I cut the mold into 6 separate molds and now can spread them further apart on a sheet when baking to get more even heat circulation.
