I have had a flat whisk for years and I love it. I like to give as gifts to new brides or friends. So much better, I think, than the round ones. But, I'm sure others disagree. Try it.PerfectA small balloon whisk. Not very complicated. Good for those quick little dressings or sauces.I just purchased this item so not much to say. Is only a whisker and it does what is supposed to do. If something goes wrong with it later on I'll post an update but so far so good I like it and there is no need to spend more money for a whisker.Works great but need the 12” version.Sometimes only a flat whisk will do, and this one is a good one. Seems to be holding up well, and I use it frequently.This 10 inch flat whisk is a perfect size (not too short and not too long). I like to use it to make sauces and to make gravy from a roasting pan. It gets into corners and crevices much better than my round whisks. The wires are stainless steel.This is my second one for my camper. Have used one in the kitchen for over a year.Me encanta! Es de muy buena calidad pero es muy muy chiquito, aún cuando revisé las medidas antes de comprarlo, no dimensioné que no sería tan práctico de usar. Sirve bien para polvos pero para mezclas, vas a necesitar uno más grande.El utensilio está muy bien, el único detalle es que llegó manchado, como si hubiera sido usado o hubiera estado fuera de la bolsa, fuera de eso se ve resistente y es cómodo para pequeñas porciones. Se le quitó la mancha lavándolo.Hasta el momento me ha funcionando muy bien (varios meses de uso), no se le ha caído ni una varilla ni ha tenido muestras de oxido. Me gustaría que fuera más delgado, pero aún así, cumple al 100% su función. Se los recomiendo.Útil pero más chico de lo que esperaba. No sé si es útil o cómodo para mezclas donde debas apoyarte en el mezclador por buen rato, o si es resistente, ya que todavía no lo he usado, pero me imagino que para lo habitual no hay problema.En relación al precio, Se me hizo un poco caro, pero comparando con otros lugares en donde venden herramientas para repostería, este para el tamaño está bien de precio; muy funcional y resistente, no se le zafan las varillas. Llegó rápido. Y si LO RECOMIENDO! ??
