Non-stick, heavy weighted, mini cupcake trays are perfect for making a lot of mini's at one time. These are the size of a normal 12-cup cupcake pan, but the smaller size is appealing for showing off baked goods as well as giving friends a one-bite option! These clean up perfectly each time. I've used the dishwasher on these and they have not broken their protective coating. I did not bake against the metal cups - I use paper liners for mini cupcakes.
